




Contact center with presence in Mexico / Colombia is seeking personnel due to operational expansion. **MASS RECRUITER FOR CALL CENTER** **PROFILE:** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Pedagogy, or related field (in progress or completed). * Experience in recruitment for **call center profiles, 1–3 years of experience**. * Mass recruitment of operational profiles. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Posting job vacancies to attract candidates. * Screening candidates. * Managing recruitment sources. * Conducting pre-selection interviews with candidates. * Managing candidate files. * Administering psychometric tests. * Meeting weekly hiring targets. **SKILLS:** * Teamwork. * Communication. * Conflict management. * Analytical thinking. * Goal-oriented mindset. * Writing interview outcome reports. **SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. + Saturdays, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. (on-call / rotating shifts)** **WE OFFER:** * Monthly base salary: **$10,604.00 BRUTO**. * Bonus for achieving objectives: **$3,000**. * Statutory benefits from day one. * Job stability. * Dynamic and collaborative work environment.
