RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide bilingual (English and Spanish) customer service, follow-up, and responses to inquiries received through various contact channels—originating from prospects, external/internal customers, and area supervisors—while complying with applicable legal and operational requirements governing the automotive insurance policy sales process, thereby ensuring achievement of Call Center department goals and full customer satisfaction. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** Respond promptly and efficiently to inquiries received in English or Spanish via any departmental contact channel, providing appropriate follow-up in strict compliance with legal and operational requirements governing the automotive insurance sales process. Make outbound calls using the designated script and commercial terms corresponding to the assigned campaign or special business initiative—contacting clients from assigned databases, email lists, or leads—in either English or Spanish to promote and offer company services. Timely and accurately manage follow-ups on appointments rescheduled by customers, generating sales to meet targets and objectives established by management and/or metropolitan leadership—conducting such follow-up calls in either English or Spanish.
