What do you need? * Execute the commercial strategy across assigned branches through management and follow-up of the managerial team. * Conduct strategic and timely follow-up on the client portfolio through to the final credit approval process. * Monitor key business indicators for assigned branches: sales targets, cost of operations (C.O.), productivity. * Consolidate the entire commercial team through management, ongoing training, and supervision of branch managers.
