Responsibilities: * Handle incoming calls to schedule client assessment appointments (HOT LEADS) * Manage the clinic’s appointment calendar, tracking treatments and follow-ups for clients—both in-person and via phone. * Ensure excellent customer service and effectively resolve any issues arising at reception. * Maintain high standards of store presentation and compliance with company policies. (LEADERSHIP) Requirements: * Age: 25–38 * Professional appearance. * Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and customer service. * Completed or incomplete bachelor’s degree in: Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, Communications, Dentistry, Cosmetology, or related fields. * PLUS… if you have prior experience working in clinics such as spas, dental offices, dermatology practices, personal care services, or telemarketing.
