We are looking for an Internal Sales Coordinator with 3\+ years of experience in similar positions. Knowledge of the automation and/or pharmaceutical equipment industry (machinery, technical service, and consumables) Main responsibilities: \* Creation of sales executives' performance reports for management decision-making \* Tracking administrative needs throughout the sales cycle and supporting the team with internal stakeholders (quotations, purchases, logistics, inventory availability) \* Assisting in client follow-up when sales executives are out of the office or attending events \* Internal coordination for product and/or service delivery \* Working closely with sales management to maintain organized policies and processes within the department, ensuring effective operational control \* Communication with manufacturers to manage purchase orders and coordinate timely equipment delivery to customers Intermediate/advanced English Base salary \+ Benefits Job type: Full-time Salary: $25,000\.00 \- $35,000\.00 per month Work location: On-site position
