We are looking for you.. **Marketplace Sales Coordinator** Profile: * Bachelor's degree in Accounting (graduated). * Gender indifferent Experience: * Minimum of 1 year or more in reconciliations and cleanups, handling intercompany operations and reconciliations, previous work experience in medium-sized companies. * ERP: desirable SAP, Dynamics, or Intelisis. * Management of branch sales. * Handling intercompany processes. * Bank reconciliations. Responsibilities: * **Marketplace:** * Daily and monthly reconciliation of sales for each Marketplace. * Daily and monthly reconciliation of payments released by each Marketplace. * Record commissions and freight charges charged by Marketplaces in the system. * Record Marketplace collections. * Reconciliation of fiscal stamps. * Run mass invoicing process for the three daily cutoffs. * Notify warehouse at closing for each invoicing cutoff. * Perform movements between companies or warehouses due to sales. * Review correct registration of shipments to consignment warehouses MKP (FULL). * Send report of payments withheld due to claims or returns. * Check return status on MKP portal. * Follow up on issuance of credit notes for MKP returns. * **Sales Points:** * Review daily store sales (invoicing of all receipts). * Record store collections. * Deliver monthly sales vs. income reconciliation. * Follow up on invoicing to end customers. * Keep store operation dashboards clean (INTELISIS). * **Accounting:** * PROMATE bank reconciliation. * **Inventory:** * Perform transfer records between warehouses. * Perform intercompany operation records upon request from the commercial management or according to e-commerce sales needs. * Reserve/unreserve products according to instructions from Commercial Management.
