Throughout our history, we have successfully managed each of our projects under high standards of quality and client satisfaction, consistently delivering favorable outcomes for our clients. **Our Business Units:** * **Construction Division**: Turnkey civil, industrial, retail, and corporate construction projects. * **Implementation Division**: Electromechanical, security systems (SCI), and specialized maintenance and installation services. * **Real Estate Division**: Purchase, sale, and leasing of high-value residential properties, commercial spaces, and industrial facilities. * **Legal Department**: Corporate law, government liaison services, and contract negotiation. **Job Requirements:** We are seeking a **CIVIL WORKS COORDINATOR (INDUSTRIAL FACILITIES)** to control and supervise the successful execution of operational activities for assigned projects—from initiation through to closure—ensuring timely delivery and quality compliance with established on-site controls. * Statutory benefits * Base salary * Monday to Saturday work schedule * Continuous training opportunities **Education:** * Industrial or Civil Engineering degree. * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture. **Experience:** Over 4 years in this role. **Competencies:** Project management, leadership, analysis and evaluation, time management, flexibility, planning, problem solving, teamwork, effective communication, proficiency with technological tools, organization, interpersonal skills, stress management, results orientation. **Technical and Administrative Skills:** * Risk Analysis: Ability to identify, assess, and manage potential project risks. * Experience in industrial construction * Experience in commercial construction * Experience in urban development * Coordination of projects exceeding MXN $20 million * Concurrent coordination of multiple construction projects * Intermediate Office proficiency, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint * Project administration * Proficiency in MS Project and AutoCAD **Key Responsibilities:** * Analyze and understand the project from its planning stage, blueprints, and budget. * Coordinate and supervise all project phases, from initiation to closure. * Review and coordinate timely submission of progress reports, estimates, and change orders. * Develop activity execution schedules aligned with client requirements. * Collaborate in project planning. * Monitor project progress and report any deviations to management. * Consolidate project reports and controls for presentation during progress meetings. * Track estimates and change orders on a weekly basis, including client validation and invoicing. * Ensure material procurement requests are submitted in advance and according to plan. * Monitor project schedules. * Maintain records and control of all project changes. * Monitor expenditures to remain within budget. * Manage operational and administrative project closeout. * Supervise on-site material control procedures. * Ensure proper storage of all project-related documentation, records, and data for future reference and audits (SharePoint and DiskStation). * Ensure work quality by reviewing reports submitted by site supervisors and conducting site visits to verify work quality. * Validate payment requests from contractors and suppliers.
