Time in offices and/or field: 20% **General Job Objective:** * Facilitate communication between office and field staff for accurate distribution management. \- Plan store space at both macro and micro levels, adapting to local demands. \- Optimize planograms based on specific demand patterns for each location. \- Assign optimal space for each product category. \- Determine the effectiveness of combining different product groups to enhance customer experience and maximize revenue. \- Create adaptable and resilient spaces. \- Design visually appealing and sustainable environments. \- Maximize the use of available space. **Basic Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor's degree (certified), preferably in graphic design, marketing, or business administration. \- Experience: Minimum of 6 months in planogram design. \- Availability: According to client needs. \- Excellent presentation. \- Marital status: Indifferent. \- Languages: 80% English proficiency. \- Proficient in Microsoft Office. \- Experience with software such as Space Planning, CP TOOLS, etc. \- Gender: Indifferent.
