RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Update and maintain internal databases. \- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and accurately. \- Follow up via phone, email, or chat. \- Identify customer needs. \- Handle complaints and suggestions. \- Provide customers with information about new promotions. \- Prepare reports on department requirements. \- Contact potential customers for sales opportunities.
