




Financiera Exitus\-Contigo, we are looking for a **Tax Manager** passionate and experienced to join our team. * **Activities** * Prepare and review provisional monthly payment calculations and informative returns. * Prepare and review annual tax returns, as well as the working papers for their completion. * Prepare and review the calculation of the fiscal result for the fiscal year and deferred taxes. * Prepare and review the Informative Declaration on the Tax Situation of Companies (DISSIF) and the Tax Opinion (SIPRED). * Supervise that the accounting balances of tax accounts match the calculated amounts and reported figures. * Prepare and supervise information regarding related-party transactions for the Transfer Pricing Study. * Respond to information requests from tax authorities by preparing written submissions and gathering supporting documentation. * Ensure proper submission of information to the SAT (returns, notices, clarifications, etc.). * Update tax records (CUCA, CUFIN, and Tax Losses) for purposes of capital reduction, tax cost of shares, and dividend payments, collecting the corresponding supporting documents. * Provide technical consulting for compliance with tax obligations. * Coordinate with internal departments (Accounting, Administration, Payroll, and Legal) to ensure correct tax treatment of Group operations. * Establish and monitor the tax compliance plan, maintaining control over deadlines and due dates. * **Experience:** * Tax/Federal Taxes * Compliance with tax obligations * Interaction with tax authorities * Managerial position * Tax regulations for SOFOM\-Financial Institutions * Tax Laws * SAT Portal * Accounting ERP (Dynamics, Contpaq, others) **We Offer:** * Base salary: $46,000 net * Christmas bonus: 15 days * Vacation and vacation premium * Parking * Grocery vouchers Essential requirement: Experience in banking or financial sector **Work Location**: Santa Fe Schedule: Monday to Thursday 9:00 to 19:00 and Friday 9:00 to 15:00 hours
