




DHC\-AGUAKAN seeks to strengthen its operations and is looking for: Junior Training and Development Executive Your responsibilities will include: * Monitoring annual training programs and plans. * Preparing reports, metrics, and databases for the department. * Coordinating logistics for in-person and virtual courses (attendance lists, invitations, evaluations, evidence). * Supporting succession planning initiatives and programs. * Monitoring compliance with NOM\-035: administering questionnaires, maintaining records, generating reports, and implementing controls. * Administering employee engagement surveys and reporting results. * Supporting initiatives and metrics related to Great Place to Work (GPTW). * Participating in training and development needs assessments. * Maintaining up-to-date documentation and supporting internal audits. What we are looking for: * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, Pedagogy, or a related field. (Completed) * Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, functions, filters, databases). * Experience in report generation, tracking, and document control. * Familiarity with NOM\-035, employee engagement, and/or GPTW is desirable. * Strong organizational skills and ability to work with metrics. * Excellent communication, analytical, and detail-oriented skills. * Valid driver’s license and access to a standard vehicle (MANDATORY) What we offer: * 2 days of rest per month * Savings fund * Grocery vouchers * Major Medical Expense Insurance * Life Insurance
