




Ensure compliance with all occupational health and safety regulations during the execution of an interior construction project within a bank branch, ensuring that activities are carried out without incidents, minimizing risks, and protecting the safety of personnel, bank customers, and facilities. **Main Responsibilities1\. Safety Supervision and Control** * Monitor compliance with the specific Occupational Health and Safety Plan for the project. * Identify unsafe conditions or actions and implement immediate corrective measures. * Control access of personnel, suppliers, and subcontractors to the construction site. * Verify proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment). * Supervise high-risk tasks: electrical work, working at heights, welding, demolition, handling hazardous materials, etc. **2\. Coordination with Construction Team** * Coordinate with the site supervisor and contractors to plan safe work activities. * Attend safety meetings and report progress, incidents, or deviations. * Communicate safety rules and procedures to all workers. **3\. Documentation Management** * Maintain records of work permits (PTP), checklists, and inspection reports. * Ensure all personnel have completed safety inductions and possess valid documentation (employment records, training, certifications). * Prepare daily safety reports and logs. **4\. Incident and Emergency Response** * Act as first responder in case of accidents or emergencies. * Activate evacuation protocols if necessary. * Ensure first aid kits, fire extinguishers, and evacuation routes are available and functional. **Job Requirements / Qualifications** * Technical or professional degree in industrial safety, occupational hygiene, or related field. * Mandatory current certification or course as a site safety officer (according to local regulations). **Experience** * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in interior construction or renovation projects. * Desirable experience in projects within bank branches or high-security buildings. **Knowledge** * Health and safety regulations applicable to construction. * Work permits and critical work procedures. * Management of electrical, structural, and tool-related risks. * First aid and emergency response (desirable). **Skills** * Leadership and firmness in enforcing safety rules. * Clear communication with multidisciplinary teams. * Ability to make quick decisions. * High responsibility, organization, and attention to detail.
