**THOR IS LOOKING FOR YOUR TALENT AS A REPORTING ANALYST!** **Job Description** Generate risk-free financial information that builds trust and confidence among Investors, Shareholders, and Internal Clients. **Responsibilities** * Prepare for review the quarterly and annual reports to BMV and BIVA. * Prepare for review the interim financial statements under IFRS. * Prepare for review the audited annual financial statements under IFRS. * Manage audit engagements. * Prepare for review the Consar Report 0343. * Prepare for review investor reports. * Handle official compliance matters, including Afores and Common Representative responsibilities. * Prepare for review quarterly financial statements for banks. * Migrate accounting standards from Mexican GAAP to IFRS. * Analyze and participate in special restructuring projects such as mergers. * Review accounting closings. * Prepare financial position for valuation of securities. * Analyze appraisals of shopping centers. * Consolidate and combine financial statements of operational projects. * Prepare project NOI (Net Operating Income). * Analyze financial information by cost center. **Requirements** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Public Accounting.
