If you are motivated to work with natural products and be part of a company with history, innovation and commitment to excellence, this opportunity is for you. **What are the main responsibilities?** * Plan daily, weekly and monthly production based on historical analysis, projections, orders and installed capacity. * Supervise load balancing and resource availability to meet established timelines. * Ensure compliance with hygiene practices, use of PPE and applicable sanitary regulations. * Manage key efficiency, waste and productivity indicators. * Lead continuous improvement and lean manufacturing actions in key processes. * Supervise floor execution and ensure compliance with quality standards and timelines. * Ensure timely supply of required raw materials and inputs. * Track production progress and validate reports generated per shift. * Coordinate with maintenance preventive and corrective services for machinery and equipment. **What requirements are important for the position?** * University degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Engineering, Business Administration or related fields. * 4 to 6 years of experience as Production Supervisor or Production Manager, leading teams in food plants. * Solid knowledge in production management, quality control, preventive maintenance, warehouses and industrial safety. * Experience in implementing or complying with food safety and quality regulations. **What do we offer?** * Monthly salary of $40,000 pesos nominal. * All statutory benefits. * Schedule: Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
