Retail Client Solutions Financial Management is responsible for providing financial advisory to business units through financial analysis, profitability analysis, budgeting, business case development, financial modeling, project management, among others, as well as reporting and presentation of KPIs, various analyses, and performance tracking to the Directorates of Client Solutions and Finance. **Main Responsibilities:** * Business Case Analysis and Strategy: Lead the analysis of opportunities in the insurance sector to develop innovative customer acquisition strategies and drive business growth. * Automation and Operational Efficiency (Python): Use programming skills (primarily Python) to design, automate, and optimize software solutions, directly impacting the management of key products (Corporate Insurance, Fleet Insurance, Health Insurance, and Seguros J). * Data Intelligence and Reporting: Generate detailed financial and operational analyses and reports, applying technical and financial expertise to ensure implemented strategies and tools meet business profitability goals. * System Improvement: Collaborate in designing and implementing improvements to existing systems, translating business requirements into functional solutions. **Requirements:** * The main challenge is having solid knowledge of the Insurance sector and programming languages. * Education: Bachelor's degree (essential). * Experience: 1 to 3 years, with emphasis on business or process analysis. * Insurance Sector: Experience or deep understanding of the industry, especially in Corporate Insurance. * Programming: Proficiency in relevant programming languages (Python highly valued). * Financial: Ability to apply financial concepts in creating solutions and profitability analysis.
