We are continuing to strengthen our team and are looking for a **Junior Logistics Manager**, oriented toward compliance, operational efficiency, and excellence in service to our retail clients. **Your mission:** Supervise and ensure that all logistics processes—from appointment scheduling to final delivery—are executed accurately, meeting our business partners' standards and guaranteeing the quality of every shipment. **Main responsibilities:** * Monitor the **retailers’ appointment portals** (such as Walmart, Soriana, Chedraui, among others) promptly. * Ensure that all **warehouse staff comply with shipping specifications** defined by each client. * Verify correct **shipment, documentation, and sealing of goods** to prevent rejections. * Guarantee there are no **incidents or penalties due to non-compliance** in deliveries. * Coordinate with **Logistics, Sales, and Administration** departments the planning of orders and deliveries. * Monitor warehouse operational performance, ensuring **order, cleanliness, and safety in operations**. * Propose continuous improvements in product preparation and dispatch processes. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in **Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field**. * 2 to 4 years of experience in **logistics operations, warehousing, or distribution**, preferably in **consumer goods or retail companies**. * Knowledge of **retailers’ appointment portals** (especially **Walmart**). * Experience in **supervising operational staff** and delivery compliance control. * Focus on **error prevention, quality control, and customer service**. * Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. **We offer:** * Join a leading Mexican company in cosmetics and beauty. * Dynamic, collaborative, and results-oriented environment. * Opportunities for professional development and growth.
