We keep growing and are looking to add a **CPFR Junior** to our team, someone passionate about analysis, planning, and collaboration with our commercial partners. **Your mission:** Support collaborative management with our key customers, ensuring efficient planning, accurate forecasting, and proper product availability to drive brand growth. **Main responsibilities:** * Monitor **inventory, sales, and turnover** indicators. * Support **demand planning** and sales forecast generation. * Analyze **sell-in / sell-out** data and prepare performance reports. * Collaborate with **Sales, Logistics, and Trade Marketing** teams to ensure efficient point-of-sale execution. * Actively participate in **replenishment and collaborative planning (CPFR)** processes with **key retailers, especially Walmart**. * Identify opportunities for improvement in planning and supply processes. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in **Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Logistics, or related field**. * Previous experience in **demand planning, supply chain, or commercial analysis**, preferably in **FMCG or retail companies**. * Desirable experience working with **retailers such as Walmart** (platform handling and replenishment processes). * Intermediate/advanced knowledge of **Excel** and analytical tools (Power BI is a plus). * Analytical mindset, organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven. **We offer:** * Professional development opportunity within a leading Mexican beauty brand. * Dynamic, collaborative, and innovative work environment. * Involvement in strategic planning and business growth projects.
