**General Description** The Audiovisual Content Creator and Social Media Manager is responsible for capturing, editing, and producing audiovisual material from the institution's practices, events, and academic activities, as well as managing and keeping official social media platforms updated, ensuring visually appealing, professional communication aligned with the institution's image. Main Responsibilities Audiovisual Production and Editing * Record videos and take photographs of clinical practices, school events, academic activities, and institutional sessions. * Edit videos, including assembling, color correction, subtitles, and adaptation to different formats (Reels, Shorts, TikTok, etc.). * Create institutional videography with a professional and educational focus. * Organize and securely store generated audiovisual material. Social Media Management * Publish content on institutional social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.). * Write descriptions, copy, and short texts consistent with the institution's identity. * Monitor interactions, respond to basic messages, and route inquiries. * Create monthly content calendars and propose creative ideas. **Institutional Communication** * Ensure that audiovisual content respects the values, image, and guidelines of Primero Salud. * Collaborate with management, teachers, and administrative staff to cover key activities. * Document important milestones: graduations, recognitions, forums, field practices, special events. **Required Profile** * Experience or knowledge in video recording and editing. * Proficiency with editing tools (CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, or similar). * Creativity to generate attractive and professional content. * Basic to intermediate knowledge of social media management. * Responsibility, punctuality, and ease working with students and teaching staff. * Ability to work with schedules and cover events at various times. **WE OFFER** * Monthly salary of $8,400.00 pesos. * Friday off * Work schedule from Saturday to Thursday * Working hours from 9 am to 5 pm with one hour for lunch. * Base location: Picacho Ajusco * Attend Lindavista site according to event schedule (transportation expenses covered). **Competencies** * Creativity and innovation * Organization and time management * Effective communication * Attention to detail * Proactivity * Teamwork Job type: Full-time Salary: From $8,400.00 per month Benefits: * Discounts and preferential pricing * Flexible hours * Option for indefinite contract * Referral program * Free uniforms * Additional vacations or paid leave Experience: * Graphic design: 1 year (Desirable) Work location: On-site employment
