*This job posting comes from the Talenteca.com job board* ### **Job opening for company Kostik in Cuauhtémoc, Mexico City** Financial and Accounting Control Coordinator (for audiovisual production) Kostik is seeking a Finance Coordinator in Cuauhtémoc, Mexico City We are looking for a **Finance and Accounting Coordinator** to join an audiovisual production company and serve as the main link between the operations department and the accounting firm. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper flow of financial information, supervising administrative and accounting processes, and supporting the preparation of financial reports and project controls. **Responsibilities:** * Manage and monitor overall cashflow and cashflow for specific projects. * **Monitor and control currency fluctuations (MXN, USD, EUR, COP) and reconcile exchange rates.** * Prepare financial reports, performance analysis, budgets, and actual vs. planned comparisons. * Supervise cost reports in coordination with operations and production. * Coordinate with administration to keep accounting documentation and files up to date. * Provide support during internal and external audits. * Propose improvements in accounting and financial processes, and stay updated on tax regulations. * Prepare accounting entries, bank reconciliations, and working papers for DIOT, VAT, and income tax. **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor's degree in Public Accounting, Accounting, Business Administration or related field. * Minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in similar roles. * Advanced proficiency in Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). * Desired experience with ERP platforms (Contpaq i, Unabase or others) and knowledge of CRM systems. * Availability to work in a semi\-in-person mode in the Colonia Condesa area, Mexico City. **Desired Skills:** * Effective communication and teamwork. * Responsibility and results\-oriented. * Analytical skills and attention to detail. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary of $17,000 \- $25,000 depending on experience * Opportunities for professional growth and dynamic work environments. * Ongoing training and pleasant working environment. **Desired education level:** Higher education \- graduated **Desired experience level:** Mid\-level **Departmental function:** Accounting / Finance **Industry:** Media production **Skills:** * finance * accounting * ERP *This job posting comes from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=6908fed13f00003c00ec1f82\&source\=indeed*
