




At Papalote Children's Museum, we are seeking an **Operational Event Manager** to oversee and execute logistical operations, manage vendors (catering, setup, audiovisual, etc.), and resolve issues during events. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with requirements, documenting processes, and collaborating in strategic planning to optimize results. **Key Responsibilities** * Coordinate and supervise vendors (quality and timelines). * Resolve unexpected issues during events promptly. * Prepare meeting minutes, weekly logistics plans, and post-event reports. * Participate in site visits and planning meetings. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols. * Measure customer and vendor satisfaction through surveys. **Requirements** **Education:** * Completed bachelor’s degree in Entertainment Business Administration, Public Relations, Tourism, Marketing, or related field. * Courses in event production (desirable). **Experience:** * Minimum of 1 year in event management and production. **Technical Skills:** * Proficiency in Excel and Office suite. * Knowledge of operational logistics and communication. **Competencies:** * Ability to work under pressure, attention to detail, excellent attitude, strong assertive communication with internal and external clients (essential), and conflict resolution. **We Offer**: * Monthly gross salary of $13,000 MXN. * Statutory and additional benefits (savings fund, grocery vouchers, major medical insurance, among others). * Work schedule from Monday to Sunday, with rotating days off during the week (depending on events).
