**Main Responsibilities:** The Producer is the person responsible for managing a project from quotation through all project stages to dismantling. Experience in event production is required, as well as knowledge in displays, audiovisual systems, catering, promotions, etc. Organization of mass events, niche events, product launches, sports experiences, and concerts. Handling and knowledge of construction materials, as well as cost estimation. **Position Profile** • Academic background: Technical or professional degree in Production, Industrial Design, Industrial Engineering, Architecture, or related field. * Experience: Minimum 2 years managing production projects, specifically display projects, BTL activations, and installations. * Technical knowledge: o Woodwork, paint, metalwork, acrylic, vinyl, and printing/finishing processes. o Interpretation of blueprints and technical specifications. \* Proficiency in Excel and ERP * Skills: Organization, planning, and resource control. Leadership and management of operational staff. Supplier negotiation. Effective communication and results orientation. Problem-solving and decision-making. * Attributes: Proactivity and adaptability. Teamwork. Responsibility in handling financial and material resources. Ability to work under pressure. **Working hours are Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00 and Saturday from 09:00 to 15:00\.
