We are a company focused on pharmaceutical dispensing and medication management services, seeking a **Junior Project Manager** eager to learn, propose ideas, and take projects to the next level. **Work Mode:** Remote **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM What will you do? * Track projects from initiation to closure * Organize tasks, meetings, and deliverables * Prepare meeting minutes and document key agreements * Maintain constant communication with end users and internal teams * Support creation of process diagrams (as-is and to-be) * Manage information and progress in tools such as Jira * Identify blockers and assist in resolving them to keep projects moving forward What are we looking for in you? * Bachelor’s degree or Engineering (Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Systems/IT) * Minimum **1 year of experience in projects or similar roles** * Proficiency in **Jira (intermediate level preferred)** * Strong skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint * Basic to intermediate English Key Skills * Organization and time management * Clear communication and verbal fluency * Teamwork * Stakeholder negotiation * Frustration tolerance and solution-oriented mindset What we offer * Salary: **$18,554.00 MXN per month** * Statutory benefits \+ additional benefits * Medication discounts * University and English language program agreements (also available for your family) * Discounts on hotels, restaurants, travel agencies, and more Why is this position open?
