




DESCRIPTION: Based in Mexico City, travel to Central America as needed; Focusing on building and improving the knowledge system of Mexican air freight business, collaborating with marketing and customer service teams, empowering sales to master the logic and methods of air freight sales, and helping the company's air freight business develop efficiently and deliver smoothly. \-Responsibility:1\. Building a knowledge system(1\) Sort out and output the Mexico air freight product manual, sales toolkit, and standard quotation template;(2\) Establish a comparative database of NLU new airport and MIA/LAX/PAN transit advantages to form differentiated selling points; (3\) Regularly organize internal training and case reviews to ensure that the sales team masters the logic of air freight sales;2\. Product strategy support (1\) Develop a pricing system and route promotion plan for Mexican air freight;(2\) Developing air transportation resources from China to Mexico and from Mexico to various countries in the Americas;(3\) Rolling updates on freight rates, transportation capacity, and policy updates to provide support for sales; 3\. Sales Empowerment and Collaboration (1\) Collaborative marketing team, involved in key customer program design and business negotiations; (2\) Assist in establishing a customer rating model and output strategies for repeat purchases and cross selling; 4\. Operations delivery coordination (1\) Coordinate flight routes, ground operations, customs affairs, and overseas agents to ensure timely, compliant, and low\-cost delivery; (2\) Exception and claim handling; 5\. Revenue and Cost Management \-Qualifications Experience: More than 5 years of international air freight business experience, 2 years of product/sales/operation experience on Mexican or Latin American routes, team leadership experience is preferred; 3\.
