Voximplant has an extensive customer base across all industries around the globe. **Overview:** The Carrier Relations Manager for the Latin American (LATAM) region is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with telecommunications carriers and service providers. This role involves negotiating contracts, managing partnerships, and ensuring optimal service delivery to support the company's strategic objectives in the LATAM market. Currently we are looking for both Junior and Middle specialists. **Key Responsibilities:** * Build and maintain strong relationships with key carriers and service providers across LATAM (new and existing). * Act as the primary escalation point of contact for carrier\-related inquiries and issues. * Negotiate contracts and agreements with carriers to ensure favorable terms and conditions. * Conduct market research to identify potential carrier partners and assess their capabilities. * Track carrier performance metrics, including service quality, pricing, and reliability. * Collaborate with internal teams to address performance issues and implement improvements. * Develop and execute strategies for carrier engagement that align with the company’s overall goals. * Identify opportunities for new services or enhancements to existing offerings. * Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment on carrier\-related initiatives. * Provide insights and recommendations to support product development and marketing strategies. * Present findings and recommendations to senior management. **Qualifications**: * Experience in carrier relations, business development, or account management within the telecommunications industry (3\+ years). * Understanding of the LATAM telecommunications market and regulatory environment. * Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. * Proficiency in both English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus. * Willingness to travel as needed. **Skills**: * Analytical and problem\-solving abilities. * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Experience in Microsoft Office Suite. * Familiarity with telecommunications technologies and services.
