We are more than 121,000 professionals working in multidisciplinary teams with diverse profiles including finance, legal experts, data scientists, developers, engineers, and designers. **What are we looking for?** ========================== **Your responsibilities will include:** \- Attend to all service requests related to contracting, maintenance, after\-sales, and operational matters from clients. \- Provide clients with the required advisory and operational support to deliver high\-quality service and achieve objectives. \- Guarantee client satisfaction through timely fulfillment of their requests regarding operations, installations, follow\-ups, and contracting of SME products. \- Handle credit operations by interacting with central departments to improve response times to clients. \- Administer and\/or manage client credit files. \- Propose strategies and actions to enhance administrative, operational, and accounting controls at the SME center, promoting profitability and portfolio health. **Requirements:** \- Completed bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, or Finance. \- 12\-18 months of sales experience in the financial sector. \- AMIB Figure 1 certification “Investment Fund Promoter” authorized by CNBV. \- Credit certification (desirable). \- Experience in sales and client service within the segment. \- Experience in preparing profitability analysis, investment projects, and business cases. \- Knowledge of accounting, credit, and finance. \- Knowledge of administrative management of loan portfolios. \- Proficiency in financial statement analysis and interpretation. \- Negotiation skills and ability to handle objections. \- Customer service\-oriented skills. \- Teamwork orientation, good communication skills, and friendly demeanor. \- Results\-driven work capacity. \- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
