Work location: Downtown, Mexico City Job responsibilities: * Approach and inform people in public spaces, events, shopping malls, or companies with scheduled visits. * Clearly and persuasively explain the association’s mission, vision, and objectives. * Recruit donors or sponsors who wish to join our cause. * Coordinate with the internal team to deliver thank-you messages and updates on the impact of donations. * Comply with fundraising regulations in public spaces and ensure adherence to established protocols. Working hours: Availability to cover the requested schedules is required. * Monday to Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Rest on Saturday and Sunday We offer: * Base salary of $8,000 net per month (paid biweekly) * Biweekly commissions (based on established targets) * Statutory benefits * Paid training Requirements: * Excellent communication and persuasion skills, strong results orientation, and ability to work effectively in a team * Prior experience in fundraising, donor relationship management, or any role related to social awareness campaigns * Commitment to social responsibility, ethics, and integrity
