**Location:** Mexico City, Historic Center **Work Mode:** On-site **Schedule:** Full-time **Position Description** At **Karma Music**, a leading company in musical instrument sales, we are seeking a **Warehouse Manager** responsible for coordinating, supervising, and optimizing all general warehouse operations. This person will be key in ensuring proper receipt of goods, their strategic placement, and efficient distribution to our various stores. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise the **receiving of products** when they arrive at the warehouse (domestic and international purchases). * Coordinate staff for the **unloading of containers**, ensuring appropriate scheduling (early arrival or extended departure). * Organize **product placement and location management** for efficient inventory control. * Manage the **Inventory module in Odoo**: receipts, transfers, validations, and reports. * Design and execute the **distribution strategy to stores**, ensuring they always have products available for sale. * Carry out and coordinate **internal transfers** between warehouses, with serial number tracking. * Supervise and conduct **inventory maximum and minimum analysis**, applying **FIFO and LIFO** methodologies. * Lead, train, and motivate the warehouse operational team. * Ensure compliance with **safety and control policies** in handling merchandise. **Required Skills** * **Leadership** and ability to coordinate operational teams. * **Analytical skills** to identify reorder points, product turnover, and restocking needs. * **Negotiation** with suppliers and coordination with internal departments. * **Results-driven orientation**, prioritizing efficiency and productivity. * **Proactivity** in proposing improvements to logistics and inventory control processes. * **Management of maximum and minimum inventory levels**, applying strategies such as **FIFO and LIFO**. * **Organization and planning**, ensuring proper arrangement and positioning of products. * **Effective communication**, both with operational staff and management across departments. **Requirements** * Minimum of **3 years** of experience as Warehouse Manager or Supervisor. * Knowledge of **ERP systems (preferably Odoo)**. * Experience in **inventory management, transfers, and serial number tracking**. * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills. * Organized, proactive, and highly responsible. **We Offer** * Competitive salary based on experience. * Growth opportunities within a solid and expanding company. * Discounts on musical products. * Dynamic and professional work environment.
