The **Wax Museum** is seeking an **ENTERTAINMENT Branch Manager** to join our team in a key position. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Tourism, or related field. * At least 3 years of experience as a **branch manager in entertainment companies** (MOVIES, CASINOS, MUSEUMS, ETC) * Proven experience in leadership and personnel management. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment. * Availability to work weekends and holidays. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the business unit, ensuring a safe and entertaining environment for our visitors. * Manage staff, including training, performance evaluation, and conflict resolution. * Implement and monitor safety and maintenance procedures and protocols. * Develop and manage the operational budget of the business unit. * Analyze visitor trends and metrics to enhance the experience. * Achieve sales budget targets. **Additional benefits and perks** * Base salary of $25,000 to $28,000 monthly gross depending on experience. * Statutory benefits. * Dynamic and collaborative work environment.
