




**Title:** Payroll Coordinator **Location:** Coyoacán **Schedule:** Mon-Fri / 9:00-18:00 **Job Description:** We are seeking a Payroll Coordinator with experience in payment process administration, incident management, and employee onboarding/offboarding. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing. **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and execute weekly, biweekly, and monthly payroll processes. * Validate incidents, movements, and system changes (hires, terminations, disabilities, vacations, duplicates). * Ensure compliance with tax and labor obligations (IMSS, INFONAVIT, ISR). * Prepare payroll reports, reconciliations, and audits. * Address employee inquiries and provide support to internal departments. * Maintain up-to-date payroll systems and procedures. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Administration, or related field. * 3+ years of payroll experience. * Knowledge of Federal Labor Law, IMSS, INFONAVIT, SUA, and CFDI. * Intermediate to advanced Excel skills. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary ranging from $22,000 to $25,000 depending on experience * Statutory and additional benefits. * Professional growth opportunities. * Collaborative work environment.
