Reviewing the calculation of travel allowances for technical operations staff along with their respective invoices and/or receipts. c. Providing support to technical operations staff in billing and travel allowance verification. d. Requesting and following up on flight and accommodation reservations for technical operations staff. e. Managing (collecting, recording, digitizing, sharing) service reports from technical operations staff. f. Updating databases with accurate, reliable, and timely information for decision-making purposes. g. Reviewing, responding to, and managing email correspondence. h. Ensuring technician attendance according to maintenance schedule planning. i. Preparing attendance and incident reports for Human Resources. j. Answering phone calls 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, from technicians and clients for service requests or emergencies. k.
