Requirements: Education: Technical Degree in Machine Tools and Tooling Experience: Minimum 1 year operating conventional and/or CNC machines and tooling Required knowledge: Interpretation of mechanical drawings or technical blueprints SolidWorks / CAMWorks Use of measuring instruments (vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, etc.) Steels and metals used in mechanical part fabrication Sharpening of cutting tools Dies and molds Heat treatments Use of dividing heads and concentricity tables Centering and verification of machined parts Gears and sprockets Tapping and drilling Inserts for various types of metals Key responsibilities: Align the thread for cut initiation. Execute drawing instructions fully and accurately. Ensure proper use and sharpening of cutting tools. Request and review drawings prior to commencing work. Calibrate tools to be used. Develop and verify programs for parts or components. Mount and center raw materials and tools. Operate control panel commands to execute automated machining. Monitor the process and ensure dimensional accuracy using measuring instruments. Comply with safety and hygiene regulations and wear personal protective equipment. Maintain a clean and orderly workspace. Report any incidents occurring during the manufacturing process to the coordinator.
