




Job Description and Responsibilities **Promote products and services directly in the field to generate potential customers and close sales, thereby contributing to brand positioning and achievement of commercial goals.** Prospect customers in assigned areas (door-to-door, public spaces, events). * Actively promote products/services through direct dialogue. * Distribute promotional materials (flyers, promotional items). * Record contact information of interested prospects for follow-up. * Explain pricing, promotions, and discounts. * Meet daily/weekly prospecting or sales targets. * Report daily activities to immediate supervisor (visits conducted, potential customers identified). * Attend planning meetings or training sessions. Experience and Requirements * Minimum education: Completed secondary school. * Essential field sales experience, door-to-door sales, or customer service experience. * Knowledge of various sectors such as construction materials, steel, wood, hardware, etc. * Availability to work outdoors and walk long distances. * Valid driver’s license. * Familiarity with the city. * Basic computer skills. * Strong verbal communication skills, persuasiveness, and an extroverted attitude.
