We are not seeking administrative or office-based profiles; this role is for an individual deeply familiar with mining operations—someone who has worked directly on benches, extraction, and handling of rock materials, and who masters technical operations as well as personnel supervision. This position involves on-site decision-making, timely process monitoring, and execution of mining plans focused on productivity and safety. **Required Profile** Only candidates meeting all the following criteria will be considered: * Degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, Civil Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, or a related field. * **Minimum 5 years of hands-on open-pit mining experience (mandatory).** * Demonstrable experience in developing and implementing mining plans. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, Google Earth, and advanced Excel. * In-depth knowledge of rock materials, drilling, and extraction. * Experience in mining cartography and terrain analysis. * Valid driver’s license. * Willingness to travel to projects across different states. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop, adjust, and execute mining plans according to bench requirements. * Directly supervise operational staff activities in the field. * Analyze ore deposits, calculate areas and volumes, and validate terrain conditions. * Track fuel consumption, machinery usage, and operational supplies. * Conduct regular inspections at work fronts and document progress. * Ensure all operations comply with technical and safety standards.
