Education: * Civil Engineering, Architecture, Territorial Planning, Geography, or related field. Responsibilities: * Management of Territorial Database * Digitize and georeference land parcels, including polygon registration and surface area calculation. * Operational Support and Territorial Analysis * Assist in preparing technical profiles by integrating territorial, legal, market, and potential demand information. * Documentation and Communication * Prepare executive presentations containing maps, comparative analyses, and technical conclusions for the General Management. * Coordinate with internal departments to exchange information regarding land parcels and progress in acquisition processes.
