Your role will be to guide them from the first contact through to the final sale, supported by digital tools, ongoing training, and a results-driven sales team. **Responsibilities**: * Prospect clients via social media, referrals, and fieldwork. * Schedule and attend in-person meetings with potential clients. * Present real estate projects using a consultative approach. * Guide your clients throughout the entire purchasing process. * Record activities in CRM (clients, appointments, follow-ups). * Meet monthly sales targets. **Requirements**: * Passion for sales and direct customer interaction. * Existing network of contacts or ability to build one. * Excellent attitude, results-oriented mindset, and willingness to learn. * Preferably reside in southern Mexico City or have availability to travel. * **No prior real estate experience required, but entrepreneurial mindset is essential.** **We Offer**: * Highly competitive commissions (above market rates). * Performance bonuses, travel incentives, and monthly rewards. * Ongoing training in sales techniques and real estate development. * Support and guidance from a sales coordinator. * Access to established, high-demand developments.
