POSITION: Leasing Analyst / Leasing - Real Estate Development Position Objective: A major women's clothing and accessories corporate group is seeking a Leasing Analyst responsible for reviewing and analyzing lease agreements to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, among other duties. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Drafting and/or reviewing lease contracts * Negotiating rent increases * Invoice recovery * Managing communication with landlords * Serving as the contact point between corporate and landlords REQUIREMENTS: * Age: 20-30 years * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law or Business Administration (near completion; degree certification is not mandatory) * Gender: No preference * Experience: 6 months to 1 year WE OFFER: * Salary: 13,856 MXN (gross) per month * Statutory benefits * Work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM Work Location: * Pasaje Interlomas, Huixquilucan Immediate hiring for qualified candidates Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite term Salary: Up to $13,856.70 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Flexible hours Workplace: On-site position
