POSITION: Lease Analyst / Leasing – Real Estate Development Position Objective: A major women’s apparel and accessories corporation is seeking a Lease Analyst responsible for reviewing and analyzing lease agreements to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, among other duties. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Drafting and/or reviewing lease agreements * Negotiating rent increases * Invoice recovery * Liaising with landlords * Serving as the primary contact between corporate and landlords REQUIREMENTS: * Age: 20–30 years * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law or Business Administration (current student acceptable; degree completion not required). * Gender: Unrestricted * Experience: 6 months to 1 year WE OFFER: * Salary: MXN 13,856 (gross) per month * Statutory benefits * Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM Work Location: * Pasaje Interlomas, Huixquilucan Immediate hiring if you meet the profile.
