




Responsible for handling incidents related to information systems reported by internal and external users, as well as providing support and follow-up on generated tickets, organizing and classifying them to ensure records are easily manageable. **Responsibilities:** * Provide on-site and remote support; incident handling, diagnosis, support, tracking, and resolution of tickets. * Ensure operational continuity and compliance with service level agreements. * Maintain documentation and records. * Support daily operations in accordance with established processes and operational support infrastructure. **Requirements** * Availability to work Monday through Friday; weekend on-call duty required. * Education: Completed Bachelor’s degree (in Administration or Public Relations). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Email monitoring and response. * File entry and management. * Strong PC skills and effective verbal communication. * Customer service aptitude. * English: Basic.
