Release Train Engineer (RTE) We are seeking a Release Train Engineer (RTE) with solid experience in scaled agile environments to lead the coordination of ceremonies, dependencies, risks, and deliverables within the Program Increment (PI) cycles of our financial-sector client’s agile operating model. This role is critical to ensuring optimal operation of the Agile Release Train (ART), maintaining effective communication across multiple teams, guaranteeing deliverable quality, and facilitating execution of the committed value in each cycle. Role Responsibilities * Facilitate end-to-end Agile Release Train operations, ensuring continuous flow of value * Coordinate risks, dependencies, and blockers, proactively promoting solutions * Ensure teams meet their PI commitments and deliverables * Facilitate scaling ceremonies: PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, ART Sync, Inspect & Adapt * Monitor team progress using performance metrics and tools such as Jira and Confluence * Maintain and promote an improvement backlog focused on efficiency, quality, and predictability * Ensure proper definition, tracking, and achievement of ART KPIs and metrics * Collaborate with Product Management, System Architects, Scrum Masters, and key stakeholders * Drive continuous improvement practices and agile culture within the train Required Experience * Minimum 3 years’ experience as an RTE, preferably within financial institutions * Advanced proficiency in SAFe and agile/hybrid methodologies * Experience coordinating dependencies and risks across multiple teams * In-depth knowledge of agile metrics, KPIs, and quality assurance * Experience facilitating scaling ceremonies with cross-functional teams * Practical experience with Jira, Confluence, and workflow management tools * Desired experience in regulated environments and technologically complex settings Key Skills * Leadership and facilitation in highly complex environments * Ability to resolve impediments and manage conflict * Effective communication with technical teams, business units, and cross-functional areas * Data- and metric-driven decision making * Ability to coordinate multiple teams simultaneously * Strategic vision and ability to anticipate risks and dependencies * Focus on continuous improvement and optimization of value flow Education and Certifications * Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field * SAFe RTE or SAFe Agilist certification (preferred) * Knowledge of agile management tools and quality assurance practices * Intermediate-to-advanced English proficiency Position Type: Full-time, Contractual Contract Duration: 6 months Salary: Up to $40,000.00 per month Benefits: * Gym membership discount * Employee referral program * Major medical expense insurance * Remote work Work Location: Hybrid remote, 03810, Naples, CDMX
