**Join our SIG team as…** **Ink Operator** This position is responsible for preparing, assigning, supplying, removing, and storing the printing inks required for production. Configure and create pump pattern colors according to time, quantity, demand, and quality requirements. Includes operating and measuring with equipment and control systems in the printing workshop, releasing production runs, and applying Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). **Responsibilities** * Prepare, supply, and remove/store printing inks according to timing, quantity, requirements, and quality specifications. * Modify, configure, coordinate, release for production, and create pump pattern colors. * Meet timing, quantity, demand, and quality requirements. * Understand printing workshop process sequences, operation of required equipment, measurement systems, and testing equipment. * Work in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to ensure safe packaging for customers and consumers, and participate in all quality procedures under your responsibility to guarantee compliance with SIG Combibloc standards. * Environmental management: Act proactively and sustainably to minimize impacts arising from liquid, solid, and atmospheric waste generation, in line with ISO 14001 – Environmental Management System, as well as Mexican environmental legislation and regulations. * Ensure employee safety by adhering to ISO 45001:2018 – Occupational Health and Safety Management System, as well as Mexican standards and procedures, aiming to reduce risks to the safety and physical integrity of all employees. **Requirements** * Teamwork skills * Knowledge of inks * 1–3 years of experience in printing * Completed secondary or upper-secondary education * Flexible working hours (shift rotation) * 8-hour workday . **We offer** * Base salary of $13,951.70 * Major medical insurance * Life insurance * Savings fund * Vacation days exceeding statutory requirements * Grocery vouchers * Subsidized cafeteria * Employee transportation * Attendance bonus **SIG Competencies** We seek individuals committed to delivering consistent results—even under challenging circumstances—employees who foster an environment where everyone is motivated to give their best and help the organization achieve its goals.
