We are seeking a leader responsible for supervising the execution of core Central Team tasks. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring the Hub Delivery program’s quality metrics. Key job responsibilities * Supervise dispatch of mid-mile units at nodes operating under the Hub Delivery program. * Monitor costs and maintain the program’s characteristic frugality. * Meet with stakeholders to discuss topics for reporting in metric reviews. * Identify opportunities and areas for improvement with customers within the delivery process. * Create maps to analyze the distribution of active routes and mid-mile travel paths. * Conduct in-depth analysis of program quality indicators. * Actively participate in continuous improvement projects. * Actively participate in meetings with delivery station stakeholders to present program quality metrics. * Collaborate with Field Team members within your territory to improve operational aspects impacting customer experience. * Supervise Debrief execution and backlog follow-up. * Prepare detailed shift-closing reports documenting all incidents occurring on route. * Manage capacity files, analyze performance data for volume balancing, and record incidents. * Experience managing digital applications. * Maintain a positive work environment within your assigned team by actively participating in team integration activities. * Provide support to our delivery partners throughout the delivery process. #AmazonMexico **BASIC QUALIFICATIONS** ------------------------ * 1+ years of experience using Microsoft Office products and applications * High school diploma or equivalent * Ability to work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays * Intermediate Excel proficiency **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** ---------------------------- * Intermediate English proficiency Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
