Due to growth, we are seeking a highly motivated, dynamic, and organized professional to join our team as: **\* Sales Executive and Customer Service Representative\*** Job Objective: Conduct telephone sales of automotive and heavy-duty vehicle parts, addressing customers’ needs, delivering high-quality service, and thereby building long-term relationships that contribute to the company’s growth. Key Responsibilities: * Contact existing and potential customers to present products and close sales of spare parts. * Manage the entire sales process—from the initial call through to closing the sale and post-sale follow-up. * Advise customers on selecting products that meet their specific needs. * Achieve assigned monthly sales targets. * Maintain up-to-date customer databases and record all interactions in the SAI system. Requirements: * Education: Minimum high school diploma. * Experience: At least one year in a similar position (sales). * Knowledge of sales techniques, telesales, direct-response marketing, or direct sales. * Experience in prospecting customers, closing sales, and meeting sales targets.
