




**Resources Coordinator** **Deliverables/Outcomes** * Accurate and timely coordination of workforce allocation for R\&G projects. * Up\-to\-date resource tracking by skill, availability, and project assignment. * Effective coordination with HR and Operations to ensure staffing readiness and compliance. * Support in the optimization of labor utilization and project execution efficiency. * Contribution to cost control and reporting accuracy for field resources. * Management of individual and team installation tools inventory. * Management of team member performance **Your Daily Job** * Assist in planning and scheduling field resource assignments for active and upcoming projects. * Maintain and update the resource matrix (availability, certifications, rotations, travel schedules). * Coordinate with HR for onboarding, documentation, and compliance renewals. * Support travel and logistics coordination for mobilization and demobilization. * Track project manpower needs and identify capacity gaps or surpluses. * Prepare weekly utilization and staffing reports. * Communicate changes in availability, rotations, or staffing conflicts to the Operations Manager. * Maintain updated records in SharePoint, Teams, and internal trackers. **Knowledge** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Knowledge of workforce planning, scheduling, and coordination principles. * Experience in telecom, data centers, field service, or construction operations preferred. * Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, and scheduling tools. * Bilingual English–Spanish. **Skilled/Mastery** * Excellent organizational, leadership and coordination skills. * Ability to coach and lead the team to achieve company goals. * Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation. * Effective communication and follow\-up across departments. * Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet short deadlines. * Analytical mindset for identifying trends and optimization opportunities. * High sense of accountability and confidentiality in handling personnel data. **Responsabilities:** * Coordinate and track the daily allocation of resources for multiple projects. * Make sure documentation, technical and OSHA certifications before project assigment. * Communicate effectively between Operations, HR, and field teams. * Monitor utilization rates and report potential shortages or excesses. * Support compliance with internal and client requirements. * Maintain confidentiality of all personnel and operational information. * Create and follow up competence development plan for own team members. **Physical Demands** * Primarily sedentary role with extended computer work. * Occasional travel and participation to project sites may be required. * Ability to work across multiple time zones when coordinating with international teams. **Mental Demands** * Requires focus on multiple concurrent priorities and real\-time decision making. * Must remain composed under pressure and handle urgent staffing changes. * Requires adaptability and proactive problem solving. * Needs to deal with people needs and demands. **Social** * Daily interaction with HR, Operations, Project Coordinators, and field staff. * Frequent communication with external subcontractors and vendors. * Role requires collaboration, empathy, and assertiveness. **Work Enviroment** * Remote coordination role with strong reliance on digital tools. * Fast\-paced and dynamic operational environment. * Interaction with multicultural and geographically dispersed teams.
