




**About Us:** At FashionXGlobal, we bring together emerging and established fashion brands on an app designed to showcase regional talent to the world. We’re looking for dynamic, organized, and proactive individuals to help onboard new brands onto our platform. **Role:** The **Onboarding Specialist** will serve as the direct point of contact with brands, ensuring they understand our process and can upload their inventories seamlessly. **Responsibilities:** * Initiate initial contact with assigned brands (multichannel outreach: email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Instagram). * Schedule and conduct introductory calls to explain FashionXGlobal. * Guide brands step-by-step through the onboarding process. * Resolve technical or business-related questions arising during onboarding. * Ensure inventories are uploaded accurately and on schedule. * Maintain consistent communication and provide personalized follow-up. * Collaborate with the CRM Assistant to keep data and progress updates current. **Requirements:** * Bilingual in Spanish and English (both spoken and written—mandatory). * Experience in sales, customer service, account management, or related fields. * Excellent communication and organizational skills. * Strong organizational ability and discipline to manage a large volume of brands simultaneously. * Passion for fashion and understanding of the LATAM retail ecosystem. * Proficiency with digital tools (CRM, Excel/Sheets, e-commerce platforms).
