A global leader in lighting, seeking a Project Developer for expansion. **Requirements:** * Sales experience (preferably in the lighting industry) * Advanced Excel proficiency. * Experience in project-based sales. * Experience coordinating lighting projects with distributors and installers. * Passion for sales. * Expertise in follow-ups. * Skilled negotiator. * Empathetic and adept at building connections. * Goal-oriented. **Key Responsibilities:** * Prospecting and developing distributors. * Managing lighting project preferences. * Technical advisory support. * Training and support for distributors. * Commercial follow-up and sales closure. * Market and competitor monitoring. * Achievement of sales targets and reporting. * Field sales. * Preparing and tracking quotations. * Offering promotions to key customers. **We Offer:** * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, plus one Saturday per month. * Statutory benefits. * Uncapped commissions of 1%. * Training programs. * Work tools.
