




Credit Advisor – Banco Azteca La Puerta Branch * Job Responsibilities: Responsible for delivering excellent customer service and presenting the best possible image to customers Build empathy and strong customer relationships (ability to listen and ask questions) Perform sales duties, including persuasion and influence; proactively approach customers (fluency of speech and/or ability to convey ideas persuasively) Ensure correct implementation and execution of product acquisition, insurance, AFORE, and payroll strategies * Working Hours: 1. 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (1-hour lunch break); 2. 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM (1-hour lunch break), Monday through Sunday, with one weekday off per week and one Sunday or Saturday off per month. * Weekly Salary: $3,000+ commission * Benefits: Social security coverage from day one, INFONAVIT, prorated vacation and year-end bonus based on tenure, vacation premium, full uniform provided free of charge, paid training, career advancement opportunities, employee discounts with Total Play, Elektra, and other companies. * Requirements: Must be of legal age; minimum education: completed high school (original certificate and/or complete official transcript in hand); prior experience preferred in sales, promotion, and/or placement of financial products; customer-focused and results-driven (ability to persistently strive toward achieving goals despite obstacles and setbacks)
