You will be **responsible for capturing** the magic of Oaxaca—from our **classic tours** to our exclusive new launches—**creating content** that inspires travelers worldwide, in both Spanish and English. **Responsibilities:** * **Hybrid Production:** Record and edit daily content for Reels/TikTok (agile vertical format) and weekly content for YouTube (high-quality horizontal format). * **Bilingual Storytelling:** Write scripts and narratives in both Spanish and English; interview international tourists and translate Oaxacan culture for a global audience. * **Experience Coverage:** Join tours to capture authentic moments, testimonials, and the beauty of our destinations. * **Trend Management:** Identify viral audio and travel trends to adapt them to our brand. * **Deliver recorded and edited material** on time and as required, maintaining clear and consistent communication with the team. **Essential Requirements:** * **Advanced English (C1/Bilingual):** Ability to write copy, create subtitles, and communicate fluently with international clients. * **Editing Proficiency:** Proven experience (Adobe Premiere/DaVinci/Final Cut Pro/CapCut). * **Portfolio:** Must include examples of videos in travel, lifestyle, or vlog formats (not just social events). * **Social Media:** Proven experience creating native content. * **Live Streaming:** Clear, fluent communication during TikTok LIVE sessions—answering questions, discussing our tours, etc. * **Full-time availability:** Some tours occur on Sundays, holidays, and during afternoon/evening hours. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary + performance-based bonuses for content. * Access to all our experiences and trips ("We pay you to travel, eat, and enjoy!"). * Opportunity to become the creative face of an internationally expanding brand. * A professional, creative environment with strategic focus.
