Job requirements * Minimum education required: University degree, with or without diploma. * Age: 35–45 years old. * Gender / Marital status: No restrictions. * Educational background: Degree in Bilingual Secretarial Studies, Executive Assistant, or Economics and Business Administration. * Experience: Minimum 5 years as Executive Assistant / Office Manager supporting multiple executives. * English: Advanced level (mandatory and verifiable). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). * Proven experience in executive administrative assistance and support to senior executives. * Accurate management of expense reports. * Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills. * Ability to work independently. Job responsibilities * Provide high-quality administrative support to the presidency. * Manage and analyze data related to international economics, export/import, and statistics. * Conduct research on relevant information for decision-making. * Provide general administrative assistance and direct support to the executive leadership team.
