We are currently seeking a **"Payroll Manager"** **Here are the requirements needed to apply:** * **Education:** Completed Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (degree certificate and professional license required). * **Experience:** Minimum of 2–3 years of payroll management experience; essential experience managing payroll for over 300 employees. * **Knowledge:** Payroll calculation, IMSS virtual desktop, SIPARE, IDSE, SUA system usage, FONACOT calculation, severance payment calculation, payroll receipt stamping (timbrado), calculation of integrated daily wage, calculation of employer-employee contributions, general knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT), Social Security Law (LSS), and Income Tax Law (ISR). * **Software Proficiency:** Microsoft Office, ERP systems (mandatory); Rainde experience is a plus. · **Responsibilities:** · Management and control of payroll budgets · Monitoring and handling of payroll incidents (hires, terminations, modifications) · Control and management of payroll deductions (INFONAVIT, FONACOT, pensions) · Responsibility for calculating statutory employee benefits (vacation, vacation bonus, Sunday premium, year-end bonus) · Stamping (timbrado) of payroll receipts and generation of XML files · Responsibility for calculating and disbursing food vouchers (via Eden Red platform) · Calculation of travel allowances for operational staff · Monthly payroll closing · Severance payment calculations · Distribution of payroll receipts and benefit statements · Support to employees regarding inquiries and requests **We offer:** * Statutory and above-statutory benefits * 100% social security contribution * Food vouchers * Life insurance * Indefinite-term employment contract * Biweekly salary payments * Working days: Monday to Friday (occasional Saturdays) * Competitive salary based on qualifications: MXN $15,000–$18,000 per month (gross) Apply now through this channel!
