




* Posting and tracking of commercial job openings. * Conducting initial and competency-based interviews. * Screening, contacting, and following up with candidates. * Updating and managing digital personnel files. * Reducing time-to-hire. * Administering, interpreting, and preparing psychological test reports. * Drafting employment contracts. * Onboarding and training new employees. * Supporting the organization of staff wellness events and activities. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree (in progress or completed) in business administration, economics, or industrial/organizational psychology. * Minimum 1 year of relevant experience. * Ability to work effectively under pressure. * Organized, orderly, and consistent. * Proactive.
